FAQs

  • Your access to courses will last for up to 12 months from purchase, we will provide up to date information of take-up and completion rates as part of the access fee.

  • As part of the onboarding process, we will send learners a welcome email and simple instructions to access courses to which they have been enrolled. Courses can be taken on computers, tablets or smart phones, which means that Porta is also fully accessible ‘on the go’!

  • Your Account Manager will be on hand to deal with any questions and to ensure that Porta meets your requirements.

  • We understand that you may wish to upload individual courses directly to your own LMS, so we’ve made sure our courses are available as SCORM files which can be purchased and used on any compliant LMS.

  • Yes - all the courses in our library can be tailored to meet specific organisational requirements, we are always happy to discuss options. We can also create a course from scratch for you.
